Your monogram veil can be kept very simple, or made a little more detailed depending on what feels right for you. Some brides choose just initials and a date, while others include names, a married name, or meaningful handwriting turned into stitch.

You can also add illustrative details, such as a symbolic motif either side or florals edging the entire bottom edge while keeping the overall look clean and understated.

My work centres on meaning, sentiment and slow, considered design, creating modern heirlooms stitched with the moments that matter.
