HOW TO ORDER A BESPOKE WEDDING VEIL
STEP-BY-STEP BESPOKE VEIL PROCESS
Step 1. THE FIRST HELLO
Your journey to a one-of-a-kind veil starts here. Use the contact form to get in touch, share your ideas, ask any questions, or request a Zoom consultation. I love to hear all the details that will make your day unique and special.
I recommend getting in touch around three to six months before your wedding, although shorter timeframes can be accommodated depending on the design so never be afraid to get in touch if time is of the essence.
Step 2. THE CONSULTATION
This is your chance to share your ideas, inspirations, and budget so I can understand exactly what you’re looking for. For a more personal touch, I also offer a complimentary 30-minute Zoom call—an opportunity to discuss your dream veil face-to-face.
Step 3. THE DESIGN AGREEMENT
Once we’ve settled on the concept, a 50% deposit secures your place in my design schedule. Your veil will typically be created about ten weeks before your wedding day. If you need it sooner, we’ll discuss timeline adjustments during your consultation. I do not charge rush fees, as I want the process to feel calm and considered regardless of timing. I believe in a seamless, relaxed process for every bride, no matter the lead time.

Step 4. THE PERSONAL TOUCH
As we approach your wedding date, you’ll receive a hand-drawn sketch of your veil design and a sample of your embroidery in the post. These keepsakes let you preview the artistry that awaits, a beautiful start to the final countdown.
Step 5. THE PREVIEW
Once your veil is cut to the exact dimensions we’ve agreed upon, I’ll send photos of the paper templates pinned carefully in place. This is your opportunity to see the layout before embroidery begins. With your final approval and remaining balance settled, I’ll commence the delicate work of bringing your design to life through embroidery.
Step 6. YOUR VEIL
With your design fully approved, I’m ready to bring your veil to life. I’ll let you know when the creation process is underway, giving you a reason to celebrate!
At this point, all details are finalised, and I focus on every stitch, ensuring it’s nothing short of perfect. Your veil is then lovingly packaged and sent tracked and insured to the delivery address of your choosing.
