FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long will it take for my veil to arrive?
Our standard production time is 2-3 weeks and shipment within the UK should only take 1-2days. Our veils are couriered 1st Class with Royal Mail and will be fully insured and tracked. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any item delayed or lost in the post.
If you are ordering a veil with changes to the original design, or if we are creating a bespoke piece for you, the production time will be longer. We will discuss time frames with you when you are processing your order.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we are happy to deliver worldwide! If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us first. We are happy to quote your shipping costs and time frames individually before you place your order. Please note that you may be required to pay customs charges/taxes when your item arrives in your country.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For secure payment, all orders are processed via PayPal on our website E-Boutique.
Can I return my order?
A made-to-order veil from our collection can be returned. Please read our returns policy. If these conditions are met on the returning of your made-to-order item, a full refund can be processed. Please note that any item that has had changes to the original design on request, is fully bespoke or from our Heirloom Collection is non-returnable.
I require a veil for next weekend – are you able to help me?!
Our veils are made to order and so are on a 2-3week lead time prior to shipment. However, in most circumstances we can accommodate as rush order so do get in contact with your wedding date and which veil you would like to order. We can then let you know what would be possible in the time frame and any extra fees that may occur.
I have a style of veil in mind but cannot see one in your collection - is there something you can do?
That’s not a problem! We have our collection or veils but are always happy to ‘make-outside-the-box’! We love creating one-off pieces so please don’t hesitate to get in touch with your ideas and we can discuss the possibility of creating something unique and tailored to you!
How much does a bespoke veil cost?
It is hard to say until we have discussed what it is you would like made. It depends on how much time will need to be spent designing the piece, creating it, and the cost of materials. Making design tweaks to a piece already in our collection could cost £20-50. Creating a completely new piece has no limits so send us your ideas and we can give you a quote. If you have a budget we will advise you on options of how you dream veil can be achieved!
What if I can’t decide what suits me or would complement my dress?
If you are unsure about the look you would like to go for please don’t hesitate to get in contact for advice. Rebecca Anne has a wealth of knowledge from working alongside brides and is more than happy to discuss your styling. You can send us images of the dress you have chosen, or images that you feel inspire you and we can talk through options!
I am not sure if the colour of the veil I like will match my dress.
Ivory, like all colours, comes in many variations dependent on fabrics and materials. The colour of anything on a computer screen will also be different to when we see it in person. For your (and our!) peace of mind, we offer free fabric samples so that our brides can be happy with the colour and quality of our materials before going ahead with their order. The cuttings are approximately 20cm x 20cm. All you need to do is send us an email, or use the contact form, and tell us which veil you are interested in along with your delivery address!
Which length veil should I choose?
The length of veil you decide to wear on your big day is a personal choice. Again, we are more than happy to advise on lengths if you would like to email us about your dress and personal style. We also have a handy diagram explaining the different standard veil lengths we offer. Bespoke lengths can also be created in most of our veils. If you would like more information on this just send us a message using the contact form.
Do you have a shop or studio I can visit?
At the moment, the studio is not ready for visitors! But we are more than happy to spend time consulting with you via email or over the phone! Alternatively, you can contact one of our lovely stockists who would be more than happy to arrange an accessories appointment for you.
